The Brief

A well established estate agent company based in London wanted to embark on a brand overhaul to enhance their presence and streamline user experience both online and offline. Their website, property brochures, stationery and logo/brand improvement were the main aspects of this project. They felt their original branding just didn't have the presence of some of their closest competitors.

The Solution

After extensive discovery work from video calls to understand more about the business, it's history and it's future aspirations, it was clear that they wanted to be more bold but simple to work with. After a word mapping exercise and competitor research, my conclusion was that they needed to feel more approachable, easy to work with, be bold in their brand strategy.

After my initial logo concepts they were blown away by this simple yet bold design. Utilising the abbreviated letters of their company name, I created simple shapes with the 'A' symbolising a location marker, synonymous to the estate agency industry. New marketing materials were designed along with sub brand logos and bespoke brand patterns. A complete overhaul of their website was designed to make the journey of potential clients simple and easy.
