The Brief

Another new start up estate agent based in Central London reached out for a new brand identity which targeted high end properties. The brief was to create a simple wordmark that was simple but memorable. As their target market was high end property the client wanted his marketing materials to use white space with simple imagery.

The Solution

A favourite font of mine (Visby) was my instant go to for this brand. It's simple structure was perfect for a simple wordmark. Using a more heavier weight allowed the workdmark to have some imposed treatment with London theme imagery, and with only 3 colour ways allowed the brand to be more controlled and simplified.
