The Brief
Another estate agent start up based just outside of London wanted a brand created that was minimal and utilised white space. Their approach to ways of working was clean, simple and no noise. They required a brand that matched their ideology and one that stood out from a very competitive market.
THE SOLUTION
From discovery calls and my research into their business, who their local competitors were, it became clear their logo leaned towards a wordmark that was simple. Using a clean sans serif font, I created a bespoke ampersand to give the wordmark some character to suit the serif fonts used in their new marketing materials.
The design of their window cards, stationery and marketing posters were all aligned to clean, minimal and simplistic design utilising more white space that the client really wanted.
