The Brief

An estate agency based in Slough in the UK got in touch for a new brand identity for their business. The agency pride themselves on their confident and ethical approach to how they do business and wanted a new identity that would reflect their company's mission.

The Solution

After an initial discovery call with the client and feedback from their branding questionnaire, there were repeating words and phrases that helped to narrow down an approved set of nouns to create a solid base for the creative. One of these was a bear due to it's confident and ethical behaviours they show in the wild. The colour palette the client wanted was red and black to reinforce confidence and strength. I got to work on the mascot icon using simple shapes to create the outline work of the bear. Coupled with simple sans serif font, the logo was approved on our second call, so much so the director wanted to roll it out that very same day.
